We are looking for a highly motivated and result-oriented Business Development Specialist to join our growing team in Jaipur.
The ideal candidate will be responsible for identifying new business opportunities, developing client relationships, generating leads, and contributing to the company's overall business growth.

Key Responsibilities
• Identify and develop new business opportunities in domestic and international markets.
• Generate leads through market research, networking, digital platforms, and other channels.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients.
• Understand customer requirements and present suitable products/services.
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify growth opportunities.
• Prepare business proposals, presentations, quotations, and commercial documents.
• Follow up with prospective clients and convert leads into business.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of business opportunities.
• Develop and implement business development strategies to achieve sales targets.
• Explore new markets, customers, partnerships, and channels for business expansion.
• Maintain regular reports on leads, opportunities, follow-ups, and conversions.
• Represent the company professionally in meetings, exhibitions, conferences, and business events.
• Candidate Profile
• MBA in Marketing is mandatory.
• Freshers with an MBA in Marketing are encouraged to apply.
• Candidates with relevant experience in Business Development, Sales, Marketing, or International Business will be preferred.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and convincing abilities.
• Good command of English – both written and spoken.
• Strong networking and relationship-building skills.
• Proactive, confident, target-oriented, and self-motivated.
• Good knowledge of MS Office and digital business tools.
• Willingness to travel for business meetings, exhibitions, and client visits will be an advantage.
• Knowledge of digital marketing, social media, SEO, CRM, or international business will be an added advantage.
