Job Title: SEO Executive (AI SEO Specialist)
Location: Jaipur (On-site)
Experience: 2–4 Years
Salary: Up to ₹30,000/month (Based on Experience & Skills)
About the Role
We are looking for an experienced SEO Executive who understands both traditional SEO and the latest AI-powered search optimization. The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with on-page, off-page, technical SEO, and be familiar with optimizing content for AI-driven search engines such as ChatGPT, Google AI Overviews, Gemini, and other emerging AI search platforms.
Key Responsibilities
• Perform keyword research and competitor analysis.
• Optimize website content, meta tags, URLs, schema, and internal linking.
• Conduct technical SEO audits and coordinate fixes with developers.
• Plan and execute high-quality off-page SEO and link-building strategies.
• Monitor keyword rankings, traffic, and overall website performance.
• Optimize Core Web Vitals and improve website performance.
• Manage Google Search Console, Google Analytics (GA4), and other SEO tools.
• Prepare weekly and monthly SEO performance reports.
• Optimize content for AI-powered search experiences (Google AI Overviews, ChatGPT, Gemini, Perplexity, etc.).
• Create content strategies aligned with Generative Engine Optimization (GEO).
• Improve website visibility in AI-generated search results.
• Use AI tools to enhance keyword research, content optimization, and SEO workflows.
• Stay updated with the latest AI search trends and algorithm changes.
• Implement structured data (Schema Markup) to improve AI discoverability.
Required Skills
• Strong understanding of On-Page, Off-Page, and Technical SEO.
• Experience with Google Search Console, GA4, Google Tag Manager.
• Hands-on experience with tools such as Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, or similar.
• Knowledge of AI SEO, GEO (Generative Engine Optimization), and AI search platforms.
• Understanding of Schema Markup, Core Web Vitals, and Technical SEO.
• Basic knowledge of HTML, CSS, and WordPress.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Excellent communication and reporting abilities.
Preferred Qualifications
• 2–4 years of experience in SEO.
• Experience working in a Digital Marketing Agency.
• Knowledge of local SEO and Google Business Profile optimization.
• Familiarity with AI content optimization tools (ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini, Surfer SEO, Frase, Clearscope, etc.).
• Experience with content strategy and SEO copy optimization.
