With the story and passion of our founder Frank Caruso as the foundation of everything that we do, we are looking for a Warehouse Associate to join our company on a full-time basis.

About the role....

The primary objective of the Warehouse Pick Packer role is to deliver customer requirements by accurately picking, packing and preparing orders for shipment. The role is also responsible for receiving stock, sorting bulk stock and materials in categories, stocking shelves and preparing and loading freight for transport and dispatch in alignment with defined processes.

About you….

The desired applicant will be self-motivated, have a high attention to detail, fast on their feet, and have a high level of accuracy when receiving and delivering on instructions. They must be able to work well in a team environment, possess the ability to communicate effectively, have great time-management skills be able to move between multiple and varied tasks as directed.

Team members in this role must demonstrate a safety and team focused mind-set at all times and maintain extended periods of time on their feet.

Skills and Experience:

This role is suited to someone either with previous warehousing experience or someone who is dedicated, with drive to fulfil responsibilities, able to use a RF scanner and ideally willing to get a forklift tick.

Forklift License / Forklift Experience
Effective time-management
Multi-tasking and varied task responsibilities
Attention to detail and Basic MS Office skills
Great attitude and shows initiative and forethought
Fast moving, productive and safe
Demonstrated achievement and experience in a similar role (Ideally)
