Role Overview:
The Life Insurance Sales Executive is responsible for generating new business by directly interacting with customers, understanding their financial protection needs, and recommending suitable life insurance products. The role focuses on achieving sales targets while delivering excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:
- Identify and approach potential customers through direct sales activities.
- Understand customer needs and recommend appropriate life insurance plans.
- Generate leads through referrals, field visits, and customer interactions.
- Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships to ensure long-term business.
- Explain policy features, benefits, premiums, and claim processes to customers.
- Complete documentation and ensure compliance with company guidelines.
- Follow up with prospective customers and convert leads into policy sales.
- Provide after-sales support and assist customers with policy-related queries.
- Stay updated on insurance products, market trends, and competitor offerings.
