Job Description -
Relationship Manager will engage with prospective and existing clients to understand their funding needs, explain suitable loan products - LAP, BL, Builder Funding, and guide them through the end-to-end sales and documentation process.
Daily activities include generating and qualifying leads, conducting client meetings and follow-ups, coordinating with banks and financial institutions, and ensuring timely completion of applications and approvals.
The role involves maintaining accurate records of sales activities, preparing basic business proposals, and monitoring client portfolios to identify cross-selling and up-selling opportunities. The Relationship Manager is expected to uphold high standards of customer service, support after-sales queries, and contribute to achieving individual and team sales targets.
Qualifications -
- Relevant experience in loan sales, banking, NBFCs, or financial services is highly beneficial.
- Minimum 1 year of experience is needed
- Ability to work in office in Ahmedabad, manage field visits when required, and handle multiple client accounts efficiently.
- Comfort with basic computer applications (MS Office, CRM tools) and digital communication channels.
- A bachelor’s degree in business, finance, commerce, or a related
