Job Description
1. Strong Knowledge of Hardware and Application support.
2. Laptop & Desktop Configuration and OS installation experience.
3. Experience with ticketing systems and remote desktop support.
4. WebEx, Projector, AV Device Support
5. Antivirus and Patch update experience
6. Printer & Scanner Troubleshooting Knowledge
7. Knowledge of set up new user accounts and profiles and assist with user access management tasks.
8. Solid Knowledge of Microsoft Office ( O365/2016& Exchange mail ) Installation/ Configuration and troubleshooting.
9. Basic Knowledge of Network and Server ( AP/Router & Switches )

- Good communication skills
