Overview
We are seeking enthusiastic and professional Waitress/Bar Staff to join our vibrant hospitality team. Duties
Welcome guests warmly and provide attentive service throughout their visit
Take food and drink orders accurately, ensuring prompt delivery
Serve beverages responsibly, including alcohol, in accordance with licensing laws
Maintain cleanliness and organisation of the dining area and bar stations
Assist in food preparation and presentation as required, adhering to food safety standards
Upsell menu items to maximise guest satisfaction and sales opportunities
Handle payments efficiently using the point-of-sale system
Ensure guest needs are met promptly, addressing any concerns professionally
Support colleagues during busy periods to ensure smooth operation of the venue
Requirements
Previous experience in hospitality or restaurant service is preferred but not mandatory; training will be provided for suitable candidates
Knowledge of food safety regulations and responsible serving of alcohol
Strong organisational skills with excellent time management abilities
Good communication skills and a friendly demeanour towards guests
Basic maths skills for handling payments and bills accurately
Ability to work efficiently under pressure in a fast-paced environment
Flexibility to work shifts including evenings, weekends, and holidays as required
A proactive attitude with a focus on delivering exceptional guest service
