This role requires a hands-on approach to managing both front-of-house and back-of-house activities, ensuring that our team operates efficiently while maintaining the highest standards of food safety and quality.
Responsibilities
Undertake daily restaurant operations, ensuring compliance with health and safety regulations.
Serve customers and engage in a friendly manner.
Experience
Previous experience in restaurant role is essential ( minimum 3 years)
Strong knowledge of food production, preparation techniques, and food safety regulations is required
Familiarity with bartending practices is a plus.
Excellent communication skills and the ability to build rapport with staff and customers alike are crucial for success in this role.
