Barista all rounder /Service manager

Substation cafes is a well established cafe business that proud itself for the excellent quality of food, coffee and service it offers .

We are currently looking for an experienced barista allrounder to join our Rosebery team.

Qualifications & experience

Requirements:

At least 2 years of employment experience ideally with specialty coffee .
Able to adjust the grinders, scale and produce excellent coffee.
Good latte art skills.
RSA certificate -an advantage .
Great customer service skills and can do attitude.
Great communication skills.
Experience in taking customer orders and serving food and drinks,
Must speak fluent English.
Must be able to work on weekends (Sunday is a must).
Positive attitude and good team player .
Option for Full time and career progression for the right person .
For part time option must be available on Monday , Tuesday , Wednesday ,Saturday , Sunday
For Team leader/Service manager position min 2 years experience in leading a team in a cafe environment ..this includes, rostering , ordering , hiring , budget control and assuring smooth operation of the business .
