Summary

We are seeking a dedicated Server to join our team at The New Inn. In this role, you will be instrumental in delivering outstanding guest experiences while ensuring efficient service in our pub. Your contributions will help us maintain our reputation for hospitality and quality.

Responsibilities

Greet and serve guests in a friendly and professional manner.
Take food and drink orders accurately and efficiently.
Provide recommendations to enhance the dining experience through upselling.
Ensure that tables are clean, well-organized, and set up for service.
Adhere to food safety standards and regulations at all times.
Manage time effectively to ensure timely service during busy periods.
Requirements

Previous experience in a server or hospitality role is preferred.
Strong guest service skills with a passion for providing excellent customer experiences.
Ability to manage time effectively in a fast-paced environment.
Basic math skills for handling transactions accurately.
Knowledge of food safety practices is an advantage.
