Job Description
We are looking for a friendly and customer-oriented Waiter/Waitress to join our team. The ideal candidate will ensure excellent service is provided to all guests, making their dining experience enjoyable and memorable. You will be responsible for taking orders, serving food and beverages, and maintaining a clean and welcoming atmosphere.
Key Responsibilities:
Greet and ****** customers to their tables.
Present menus to guests and offer recommendations when needed.
Take accurate food and drink orders.
Relay orders to the kitchen and bar staff promptly.
Serve food and beverages to customers.
Ensure customers’ needs are met in a timely and professional manner.
Check on customers regularly to ensure satisfaction.
Handle cash, process payments, and provide change as necessary.
Maintain a clean and organized dining area.
Assist with clearing and resetting tables for the next guests.
Follow all health and safety regulations and restaurant policies.
Collaborate with other team members to ensure a smooth service experience.
Skills & Qualifications:
Proven experience as a Waiter/Waitress or in a similar customer service role.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to multitask and work in a fast-paced environment.
Knowledge of food and beverage offerings.
Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
A friendly, approachable, and professional demeanor.
Ability to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $50,000.00 – $70,000.00 per year
