Duties
Prepare and serve a variety of coffee drinks, teas, and other beverages according to company standards
Operate POS systems, including Micros POS, for order processing and cash handling
Handle food safety and food handling procedures to maintain cleanliness and hygiene standards
Provide excellent customer service by greeting customers, taking orders, and addressing inquiries promptly
Manage cash register operations with accuracy in basic math and cash handling
Assist with food preparation and serving snacks or light food items as needed
Maintain cleanliness of the work area, equipment, and dining space throughout shifts
Ensure timely service by managing time effectively during busy periods
Follow food safety protocols to ensure quality and safety of all products served
Experience
Prior experience as a Barista or in the food industry is preferred but not required; training will be provided
Familiarity with POS systems, especially Micros POS, is advantageous
Demonstrated ability in customer service, serving, and food preparation roles
Strong time management skills to handle multiple tasks efficiently during peak hours
Basic math skills for cash handling and transaction accuracy
Knowledge of food safety standards and proper food handling procedures
