Job Description
We are looking for an experienced Server to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for providing excellent customer service and a strong knowledge of food and beverage service. The Server will be responsible for taking orders, delivering food and drinks to tables, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring that all guests have a pleasant dining experience. The successful candidate should also be able to multitask efficiently and work well in a fast-paced environment.
Responsibilities:
Greet customers and take orders in a friendly manner.
Provide customers with accurate information about menu items.
Prepare and serve food and drinks in accordance with health and safety regulations.
Ensure that all orders are accurate and delivered in a timely manner.
Clear tables, clean up spills, and reset tables for the next customers.
Handle customer complaints in a professional manner.
