Key Responsibilities Customer Service: Greeting guests, seating them (if required), presenting menus, and answering questions about ingredients, portions, or allergies. Order Management: Taking food and drink orders precisely using POS software or writing them down, and relaying them to the kitchen/bar. Service & Delivery: Serving food and beverages, refilling drinks, and checking with guests to ensure satisfaction. Maintenance & Cleanliness: Clearing tables, cleaning up spills, resetting tables for new guests, and maintaining a clean, sanitary station. Handling Payments: Processing cash and credit card payments accurately. Upselling: Offering daily specials, appetizers, desserts, and beverages to increase sales.
