Role SummaryThe Sales Executive – Lead Management will be responsible for collecting, segregating, and qualifying leads generated from multiple sources (Meta Ads, website enquiries, print-to-CRM campaigns, referrals, walk-ins, chatbot, and other channels), and forwarding genuine, high-potential leads to the field sales team for closure. This is a desk-based role focused on CRM management, lead qualification, and coordination — no site visits or field travel involved.

Key Responsibilities
- Collect and consolidate leads daily from all active sources (Meta/Google Ads, website forms, Surya chatbot, print campaigns, referrals, walk-ins, cold calls, etc.)
- Segregate leads by source, location, product interest (residential/commercial/RESCO), and urgency
- Make preliminary contact with leads (call/WhatsApp/email) to verify authenticity, budget, and intent
- Qualify leads based on defined criteria (roof availability, sanctioned load, ownership, decision-making author
