Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Volunteer role based in Pune City. The Volunteer will support project teams across architecture, interior design, and construction management activities, assisting with documentation, basic design tasks, and coordination. Daily responsibilities may include helping prepare drawings and presentations, organizing project files and materials, and supporting site visits with note-taking and follow-up actions. The role also involves collaborating with team members to ensure smooth communication between disciplines, contributing to research on materials and sustainable solutions, and assisting with administrative tasks that keep projects on schedule. Volunteers will gain exposure to real-world design and build workflows while contributing meaningfully to ongoing projects.
Qualifications
• Ability to assist with basic design and documentation tasks, including organizing drawings, project files, and presentation materials.
• Strong organizational and time-management skills to support multiple projects and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Effective communication and collaboration skills to work with architects, interior designers, and construction professionals.
• Attention to detail and a willingness to follow established processes and quality standards on-site and in the office.
• Interest in architecture, interior design, construction, or related fields; coursework or prior exposure to these areas is beneficial.
• Comfort working on-site in Pune City, with readiness to participate in site visits and field-based activities as needed.
• Proficiency with basic computer tools (e.g., word processing, spreadsheets, presentation software); familiarity with design software is an advantage.
• Demonstrated reliability, professional conduct, and a positive attitude toward learning and contributing as part of a team.
