Voice Teacher

Amadeus Music School offers private music lessons in a variety of instruments. We are seeking a passionate voice instructor with exceptional communication skills and the ability to work well with students of all ages and backgrounds

Responsibilities include:

- Providing a suitable curriculum for students and setting goals for each student

- Adjusting teaching strategies and methods for each individual student

- Being encouraging and enthusiastic about teaching music

- Being up to date on schedules

- Being punctual

- Communicating regularly with parents regarding their child’s progress

- Communicating regularly with school administration regarding lesson scheduling and makeup lessons

- Building a strong relationship with the students to better help them succeed

- Preparing students for recitals

- Handing out progress reports

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: $28.00-$34.00 per hour

Schedule:

Evening shift
Monday to Friday
Weekends as needed

Ability to commute/relocate:

Edmonton, AB T5S 2S1: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)

Education:

Bachelor's Degree (preferred)

Experience:

teaching: 1 year (preferred)
