Job Overview:
We are looking for a confident Voice-Based Marketing Sales Executive to handle client communication and sales over the phone. The role is centered on converting leads by clearly explaining our services, handling objections, and driving commitment through strategic conversation.
Key Responsibilities:
Conduct outbound and follow-up calls with potential clients.
Pitch Google Ads services aligned with client goals and budgets.
Manage queries and guide conversations toward conversion.
Share proposals and assist in closing deals through call-based engagement.
Update CRM with accurate lead status and call logs.
Consistently meet or exceed targets for call volume, follow-ups, and conversions.
Requirements:
1–2 years of experience in voice-based sales, preferably in digital marketing or IT.
Strong communication and listening skills with a persuasive approach.
Ability to explain advertising benefits over phone conversations.
Basic understanding of Google Ads is a plus.
Familiarity with CRM tools and lead tracking processes.
