Job Overview:
We are seeking a sharp and persuasive Campaign Sales Consultant to manage sales discussions over phone calls. This is a call-only role focused on understanding client needs, recommending the right campaign solutions, and driving quick and effective conversions.
Key Responsibilities:
Speak with prospective clients over the phone to understand their business goals.
Recommend the right Google Ads campaign structure based on budget and objectives.
Handle objections and provide strategic value insights to close the sale.
Coordinate with the internal team to prepare proposals and complete onboarding.
Maintain accurate CRM records of all interactions and deal status.
Achieve monthly sales and follow-up targets consistently.
Requirements:
1–2 years of experience in sales or consulting roles, preferably in digital marketing or IT services.
Strong verbal communication and consultative selling skills.
Ability to guide clients toward ad solutions that align with business growth.
Basic knowledge of Google Ads is preferred.
Experience with CRM tools and phone-based client management.
