Job Overview:

We are looking for a confident and goal-oriented Outbound Sales Closer to convert qualified leads into paying clients through structured and persuasive phone conversations. This role is focused on closing deals by clearly communicating value, handling objections, and accelerating decision-making.

Key Responsibilities:

Make outbound calls to warm or qualified leads.
Understand client requirements and pitch suitable Google Ads solutions.
Share service packages, answer objections, and guide conversations toward closure.
Collaborate with the internal team to ensure a smooth transition after the sale.
Maintain accurate CRM records of all leads, calls, and deal status.
Consistently meet or exceed monthly sales closure targets.
Requirements:

1–2 years of experience in outbound sales or closing roles, preferably in digital marketing or IT services.
Strong verbal communication and deal-closing skills.
Ability to explain the benefits of paid Google Ads campaigns effectively.
Familiarity with CRM tools and lead follow-up processes.
Self-motivated, target-driven, and confident on the phone.
