Flip English is an education company focused on English confidence and accent reduction for busy professionals who can't afford to sound foreign.
WE ARE LOOKING FOR:
REQUIRED: Near native accent
REQUIRED: Prior coaching experience
REQUIRED: People skills & confidence
WHAT YOU GET:
Fully remote
Flexible hours
Hourly pay 2-3x above market rates
Motivated, paying clients who do the work.
Direct training and support from our CEO Timotej Bonifer
NOT FOR YOU IF:
You teach beginner grammar or generic conversation classes
You are looking for passive, low-effort income.
You can't consistently show up for clients. Our clients pay for the best, so accountability and consistency is non-negotiable.
We care about your experience and whether you can take a client and walk them through the paces over the next two, four, five, six months and produce an actual transformation.
If you have mastered your own accent and you can carry another person through that same change, you are the kind of coach I want.
