Using STEM principles, students design and assemble robotic machines with a proprietary robotics kit and learn to code on custom software and hardware platforms. Role Description The Robotics Trainer for Kids is responsible for delivering engaging, age-appropriate robotics and coding lessons to learners ages 5–18 in an on-site classroom setting in Bengaluru. This full-time role includes planning and conducting interactive sessions, guiding students through designing and assembling robotic kits, and supporting them in writing and testing code on robotics platforms. The trainer will demonstrate and explain core STEM concepts, monitor student progress, and provide constructive feedback to build confidence and skills. Additional responsibilities include preparing learning materials, maintaining classroom equipment, ensuring safe and inclusive learning environments, and collaborating with the academic team to refine curriculum and teaching methods.
Qualifications
Robotics and Robot operation skills, with the ability to explain concepts clearly to children.
Experience with Troubleshooting and Preventive Maintenance of educational robotics kits and classroom hardware.
Knowledge of Robotic Welding or related industrial robotics processes is an advantage, especially for advanced projects.
Strong communication, classroom management, and child-friendly instructional skills.
Interest or experience in STEM education, coding, and hands-on project-based learning.
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Science, Computer Science, Education, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
Ability to work full time on-site in Bengaluru and collaborate with a diverse team of educators.
Prior experience teaching or mentoring children in technology or robotics programs is preferred.
