What We're Looking For
4+ years of hands-on industry experience in AI, ML, Data Science, or a related field
Background at a reputed product company or leading service-based MNC
Strong grasp of ML fundamentals with real production experience
Proficiency in Python, Scikit-learn, and PyTorch and/or TensorFlow
Experience designing and delivering end-to-end ML workflows
Great communication skills — you can break down complex ideas simply
Prior mentoring, corporate training, or session delivery experience is a plus
