Visualizer and Graphic Designer (Pune)

Advertising Agency Exp is must.

Location: Aundh Pune

Key Responsibilities:
- Conceptualize and design compelling visual assets including digital and print creatives, social media posts, banners, logos, brochures, and more.
- Collaborate with the internal team to understand project briefs and create innovative designs that meet client objectives.
- Brainstorm visual and creative ideas with the team to deliver engaging concepts.
- Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines in a rapid-paced environment.
- Stay updated with the latest trends in design, technology, and digital marketing.
- Ensure consistency in visual style and uphold the highest creative standards for all deliverables.
- Adapt and modify designs based on feedback while maintaining creativity and quality.
- Maintain strong attention to detail in every phase of the design process.

Requirements:
- Experience: 2 to 3 years in a creative agency setting (mandatory).
- Software Proficiency: Adobe Illustrator, Adobe Photoshop, Canva, MS Office
- Strong portfolio showcasing a variety of design work.
- Excellent understanding of typography, color theory, composition, and layout.
- Ability to take creative direction and work independently with mínimal supervision.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
- Strong communication skills, both verbal and written.
