Role Description The Senior Motion Designer is a full-time, on-site role based in Rajkot. This role is responsible for conceptualizing, designing, and delivering high-quality motion graphics and animations for brand campaigns, social media content, digital ads, and other marketing materials. Day-to-day responsibilities include collaborating with brand strategists, copywriters, and designers to translate ideas into compelling visual stories, developing storyboards, creating animated assets, and overseeing video production from concept to final export. The Senior Motion Designer will maintain brand consistency across all motion content, manage project timelines, and provide creative direction to ensure that visual outputs align with client objectives and agency standards. This role also involves staying up to date with motion design trends, tools, and best practices to continuously elevate the agency’s creative work.
Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong Motion Design and Motion Graphics skills for creating engaging animated brand content.
• Candidates should have solid Animation and Storyboarding abilities to plan and execute clear visual narratives.
• Candidates should demonstrate experience in Video Production, including editing, compositing, and preparing assets for various digital platforms.
• Proficiency with industry-standard tools (e.g., Adobe After Effects, Premiere Pro, Illustrator, Photoshop, or similar software) is required.
• Strong visual communication skills, attention to detail, and an understanding of branding and marketing principles are expected.
• Ability to manage multiple projects, work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
• Relevant education in Design, Animation, Media, or a related field, or equivalent professional experience, is preferred.
• Prior agency experience and a portfolio showcasing motion design work for brands or campaigns will be considered a strong advantage.
