Motion Graphics Designer

About the Role
We're looking for a creative Motion Graphics Designer with a strong foundation in animation, storytelling, and visual communication. You'll create product videos, brand films, UI animations, and marketing campaigns that bring the StarPayZ brand to life.
Responsibilities
• Design and animate high-quality motion graphics for digital platforms.
• Create explainer videos, product demos, and promotional campaigns.
• Develop logo animations, typography animations, and brand assets.
• Produce engaging social media video content.
• Work closely with the Product, UI/UX, and Marketing teams.
• Ensure consistency with the company's visual identity.
Required Skills
• Adobe After Effects (Expert)
• Adobe Premiere Pro
• Adobe Illustrator
• Adobe Photoshop
• Figma
• Strong understanding of animation principles, timing, composition, and storytelling
• Storyboarding and visual communication
• Experience delivering production-ready assets
Education
Bachelor's Degree in one of the following:
• Bachelor of Fine Arts (BFA)
• Bachelor of Design (B.Des)
• Animation & Multimedia
• Visual Communication
• Digital Media
• Motion Graphics or an equivalent creative discipline
Experience
• 2+ years of professional motion graphics experience
• Strong showreel demonstrating original animation work
• Experience with brand campaigns or product marketing is preferred
Important
• Canva-only designers are not a fit for this role.
• AI-generated animations or AI-only portfolios will not be considered.
• Candidates must demonstrate strong manual animation skills using industry-standard Adobe Creative Suite tools.
• Please include a portfolio and showreel showcasing your original work.
