Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Lucknow for a Visual Designer - Fresher. The Visual Designer will be responsible for creating engaging visual designs, including graphic design, branding, and web design materials. The role includes producing innovative design concepts, executing design projects, and collaborating with the team to meet project requirements. The designer will focus on delivering high-quality visuals that align with brand identity and aesthetic guidelines.
Qualifications
• Proficiency in Visual Design and Graphic Design tools and techniques
• Experience or understanding of Branding and creating identity assets
• Foundation in creating graphics for various media formats
• Basic knowledge of Web Design and designing for digital platforms
• Effective communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams
• Keen attention to detail and a flair for creativity
• Familiarity with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field
