Role Description The Art Director role at GrowthTrack Info Tech Private Limited is a full-time, on-site position based in Noida.
The Art
Director will lead the visual direction, oversee concept development, and ensure that all creative outputs align with brand guidelines and client objectives. Daily responsibilities include designing, reviewing and refining graphic assets, collaborating with designers and marketers, and providing clear feedback to maintain visual consistency across digital and print materials. The role also involves presenting creative concepts to internal stakeholders, managing multiple projects and deadlines, and staying current with design trends and industry best practices to enhance the quality of deliverables.
Qualifications - Degree in Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts or a related field is preferred, along with 8+ years of experience in agency or marketing environments.
• Candidates should possess strong Creative Direction and Art Direction skills to guide concepts from idea to execution.
• Candidates should possess Branding expertise and Graphics capabilities to ensure cohesive and impactful visual identities.
• Candidates should possess solid Graphic Design skills, including proficiency with industry-standard design tools and AI tools.
• Candidates should have experience leading or mentoring creative teams, with strong collaboration and communication abilities.
• Candidates should demonstrate a robust portfolio showcasing integrated campaigns, brand systems, and digital-first design work.
