About the roleWe are seeking a creative and detail‑oriented Graphic Designer to join our Bangalore team. You will craft visually appealing designs for both digital and print media, supporting our branding initiatives and delivering high‑quality creative assets.Key responsibilitiesDesign marketing materials such as social media graphics, banners, brochures, flyers, and presentations.Create engaging visual content for websites, email campaigns, and other digital platforms.Develop and maintain brand consistency across all design projects.Collaborate with marketing, content, and product teams to understand project requirements.Edit images, illustrations, and layouts as needed.Prepare final design files for print and digital use.Stay updated on design trends, tools, and best practices.Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.Required profileBachelor’s degree or diploma in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, or a related field.1‑3 years of proven experience as a Graphic Designer.Strong portfolio showcasing previous design work.Good communication and teamwork skills.Attention to detail and a creative mindset.Required skillsProficiency in Adobe Creative Suite – Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.Understanding of typography, colour theory, composition, and branding.Ability to design for both digital and print media.Familiarity with Canva and Figma (preferred).Basic knowledge of motion graphics, video editing, or UI/UX design (optional).What we offerCompetitive salary ranging from ₹3.6 LPA to ₹4.8 LPA.Supportive and creative work environment.Opportunities for growth and learning.Flexible work arrangements where applicable.
