Never average, always meaningful.About The RoleThe Motion Story is looking to hire a highly creative and detail-oriented Visual Designer to join our clients, the Amazon Prime Video creative team. This role sits at the intersection of creative excellence and operational efficiency, supporting high- volume digital asset production across global markets.Key ResponsibilitiesDesign high-quality, on-brand digital assets aligned with business and marketing goalsCreate and optimize key art, layouts, and promotional visuals across regions and platformsExecute mockups, creative decks, and localized adaptations following brand guidelinesManage multiple projects, including high-priority and rush requests, ensuring timely deliveryCollaborate with internal and external stakeholders through kickoffs, updates, and feedback loopsMaintain template systems, style guides, and asset librariesEnsure file organization, version control, and platform readinessWork closely with marketing, production, and QA teams to ensure quality controlIdentify opportunities to improve design workflows and production efficiencyBasic Qualification35+ years of experience in a creative agency or production environmentBachelors degree in Graphic Design, Advertising, Marketing, or related fieldStrong portfolio demonstrating versatility and design thinking (mandatory)Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.) and FigmaStrong English communication skills (Versant test required)Preferred QualificationExperience working with digital asset management systems or librariesStrong understanding of marketing and advertising design principlesAbility to handle high-volume production workflowsExceptional attention to detail and ability to work under tight deadlinesStrong collaboration and stakeholder management skillsProblem-solving mindset with a focus on innovation and efficiencyWhat We're Looking ForSomeone who can balance creativity + speed + accuracyA designer comfortable with structured workflows and global teamsA proactive individual who can own projects end-to-endWork Setup & BenefitsFull-time contract role (on-site at Amazon offices)Hardware and software provided by the companyOpportunity to work on global entertainment content How to ApplyPlease submit:Updated resume hr@themotionstory.comWith the subject line:Visual Designer Application|Your Name | BangalorePortfolio link (mandatory)Availability to start
