About the Role:
We are seeking a talented and versatile Graphic Designer & Illustrator to join our creative team. As a key member, you will be instrumental in developing visually compelling concepts and designs across various media, from digital campaigns to print collateral.
Your Responsibilities:
• Conceptualize and design innovative visual concepts for advertising campaigns, branding projects, and marketing materials by collaborating with our creative teams.
• Create original illustrations, graphics, and artwork for digital and print, ensuring alignment with brand guidelines and project objectives.
• Design and produce a range of graphic materials, including logos, brochures, website graphics, social media content, and presentations using Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Contribute to the development and maintenance of brand identity systems, ensuring consistent visual communication across all platforms.
• Utilize your expertise to stay up-to-date with the latest design and illustration trends, techniques, and technologies.
• Present design concepts and artwork to internal teams and clients, incorporating feedback to refine designs.
• Manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet tight deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Required Skills and Qualifications:
• A strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of graphic design and illustration skills, including both digital and hand-drawn artwork (if applicable).
• Excellent visual communication and storytelling skills, with the ability to translate complex ideas into compelling visuals.
• A strong understanding of graphic design principles, including typography, color theory, composition, and layout.
• Proficiency in various illustration styles and techniques, with the ability to create original artwork that aligns with brand aesthetics.
• Expert knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• The ability to work effectively in a collaborative team environment.
• Strong time management and multitasking skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• 2-5 years of professional experience in graphic design and illustration, preferably within an advertising agency or related industry.
