Job Responsibilities
• Deliver high-quality virtual patient care and support.
• Assist in the ongoing training and development of healthcare staff.
• Identify potential hazards in the virtual workplace and propose effective solutions.
• Respond to emergency situations and provide initial treatment.
• Create and implement virtual health and safety programs.
• Assess work-related risks and offer preventive measures.
• Accurately document all patient injuries, symptoms, and health-related incidents.

Requirements:
• Degree in Nursing (B.Sc Nursing or equivalent).
• Valid registration with the Nursing Board (Indian Nursing Council or State Board).
• Post-qualification experience in a clinical or virtual nursing setting.
• Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work in a multicultural, remote team.
• Positive attitude with the ability to adapt in a fast-paced digital environment.
