Responsibilities
Respond to inbound customer calls promptly and professionally, ensuring high-quality client support
Assist customers with inquiries related to products, services, or account information
Provide accurate information and resolve issues efficiently to enhance customer satisfaction
Perform data entry tasks accurately using Microsoft Office and other relevant software
Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and transactions
Support outbound calling efforts when necessary to follow up on customer requests or surveys
Handle cash transactions securely when applicable
Demonstrate excellent phone etiquette and communication skills during all interactions
Collaborate with team members to improve service delivery and operational efficiency
Qualifications
Strong communication skills in English; bilingual abilities are a plus
Previous experience in customer service, call center, or client support roles is preferred but not required
Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook) and general computer skills
Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously with attention to detail
Good analysis skills for problem-solving and decision-making
Experience with data entry, typing accuracy, and cash handling is advantageous
Knowledge of sales techniques and outbound calling experience are beneficial
Excellent phone etiquette and interpersonal skills
Ability to work independently in a virtual environment while maintaining productivity
