Job Description
Key Responsibility Areas (KRAs)
1. Platform Expertise & Technical Operations
Manage end-to-end setup and execution of events across multiple virtual platforms including Zoom, Google Meet, MS Teams, Webex.
Operate and troubleshoot live broadcasting tools such as vMix, OBS, Streamyard, Re-Stream, ensuring seamless delivery and minimal downtime.
Set up and manage hybrid event consoles and control rooms, coordinating between on-ground and virtual components effectively.
2. Event Execution & Management
Plan, manage, and execute virtual webinars, conferences, panel discussions, product launches, and live-recorded sessions.
Perform dry-runs and tech rehearsals, ensuring all speakers and participants are briefed and technically prepared.
Monitor event flow in real-time, manage breakout rooms, speaker transitions, Q&A sessions, polling, and audience interactions.
3. Technical Knowledge & Innovation
Stay updated with latest event tech tools, plugins, integrations, and industry trends to enhance event experience and recommend new solutions.
Build and maintain a tech repository for recurring and new event formats.
4. Console & On-Ground Event Readiness
Collaborate with on-ground production teams to synchronize virtual and physical event components.
Set up and manage event consoles, including multi-camera setups, switchers, mixers, and audio-video pipelines.
5. Communication, Coordination & Client Handling
Act as a single point of contact for internal teams, clients, partners, and vendors related to virtual event execution.
Ensure proactive follow-ups and timely delivery of all technical and logistical components.
Prepare and share run-of-show (ROS), cue sheets, and checklists with all stakeholders.
6. Data & Reporting
Maintain accurate records of participants, attendees, event performance metrics, and feedback.
Generate post-event reports with analytics and suggestions for improvement.
7. Crisis & Contingency Management
Handle real-time technical glitches or disruptions professionally.
Maintain backup systems and workflows for uninterrupted streaming and recordings.,
