Role Description
Lenskart Foundation is looking for a Junior Videographer & Graphic Designer who's excited to learn, experiment, and grow.
If you're comfortable handling a camera, enjoy editing videos, and like turning ideas into strong visuals, this role is for you. We're looking for someone who can help us create simple but impactful content that tells real stories across digital and on-ground platforms.
This is a great opportunity for early-career creators who want hands-on experience in shooting, editing, basic graphic design, and visual storytelling while working on meaningful projects.
Curiosity, creativity, and a strong eye for visuals matter more to us than years of experience.
Key Responsibilities
Production & Shooting: Lead the end-to-end video production process, including setting up lighting, sound, and capturing high-quality cinematic footage for foundation initiatives.
Creative Editing: Transform raw footage into engaging videos for social media, documentaries, and marketing campaigns using motion graphics and sound design.
Graphic Design: Create impactful visual assets (static posts, banners, and presentation layouts) that align with brand guidelines.
Content Ideation: Collaborate on fresh concepts and storyboards for upcoming campaigns, ensuring a digital-first approach.
Candidate Profile
Technical Mastery: Strong hands-on experience with Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
Behind the Lens: Proven ability to handle professional cameras, lighting equipment, and audio gear for field and studio shoots.
Design Eye: A strong portfolio showcasing clean, modern graphic design and a sense of typography/layout.
Social Media Savvy: Understanding of what works on social mediaknowing how to hook an audience in the first 3 seconds.
Project Management: Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, from the initial storyboard to the final export.
Communication: Strong verbal and written communication skills to articulate creative ideas clearly.
Experience: 03 Years
