Remote / Global, with periodic travel as required

Position Summary

The In-House Videographer is responsible for producing high-quality video content that supports RipeGlobal’s global brand, education programs, online learning experiences, marketing campaigns, and internal communications. This role manages the full video pipeline planning, filming, editing, and final delivery ensuring content aligns with RipeGlobal’s aesthetic, mission, and strategic direction.

The ideal candidate is highly skilled behind the camera, strong in storytelling, adaptable in fast-paced environments, and passionate about creating visually engaging content for a global dental education audience.

Key Responsibilities1. Video Production

Film and produce high-quality video content for courses, workshops, marketing campaigns, events, product demos, team communications, and social media.
Capture both studio and on-location footage, including interviews, B-roll, demonstrations, and promotional material.
Operate professional cameras, lighting, and audio equipment.
Work closely with the CEO on telling the story of RipeGlobal expansion
2. Pre-Production

Collaborate with leadership, marketing, instructional design, and educators to plan shoots and develop concepts.
Create storyboards, shot lists, scripts, and production plans.
Schedule shoots and manage logistics, talent coordination, and equipment preparation.
3. Post-Production

Edit video using professional editing software (Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut, DaVinci Resolve, etc.).
Add motion graphics, captions, music, and branded elements consistent with RipeGlobal’s style guidelines.
Deliver final assets optimised for varying platforms (web, social, LMS, advertising).
4. Content Strategy & Innovation

Contribute creative ideas to improve engagement, storytelling, and learning outcomes.
Stay up-to-date with video trends, styles, platforms, and technologies.
Ensure consistent brand identity across all visual content.
5. Asset Management

Organise, archive, and maintain all video files, footage, and asset libraries.
Maintain equipment, manage repairs, and recommend upgrades as needed.
6. Collaboration & Cross-Functional Alignment

Work closely with educators, clinical teams, marketing, and creative teams to understand content needs.
Support the production of educational content that requires precision, clarity, and high visual standards.
Communicate timelines, progress updates, and requirements to stakeholders.
Qualifications & ExperienceRequired

3+ years experience as a videographer, cinematographer, or video content creator.
Strong proficiency in professional video editing software (Premiere, Final Cut, or DaVinci).
Experience with DSLR/mirrorless cinema cameras, lighting setups, and audio capture.
Portfolio demonstrating strong visual storytelling and production quality.
Ability to manage multiple projects with tight deadlines.
Strong communication skills and ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Preferred

Experience producing educational, instructional, or documentary-style content.
Background in healthcare, dental, medical, or tech industries.
Experience with motion graphics (After Effects).
Experience filming in studio environments and multi-camera setups.
Familiarity with LMS content formats and digital course production.

Pay: $38.00 - $45.00 per hour
