Job Description
• **Must be able to join immediately**
• **Must have at least 3 years of experience in Video editing**
• Must have experience in FMCG / FnB
• CAN SHOOT AND EDIT - and have VISITED Boojee Cafe
Work Location : Multiple cafe locations within BANDRA- Mumbai
• *CV Must have portfolio link**
Key Responsibilities
-Assemble raw footage and input it into the editing software.
- Review shooting script and raw material to create a rough cut that aligns with the project's vision.
- Select the best takes, sequences, and audio tracks for storytelling purposes.
- Collaborate with the Director, Producers, and Creative Team to understand the goals and tone of the video project.
- Perform basic editing tasks such as cutting, trimming, and rearranging footage to create a coherent narrative.
- Organize and manage media assets and project files efficiently.
- Adjust pacing, transitions, and flow of the video in preparation for online editing and final cut.
- Incorporate feedback from internal teams and clients to make necessary revisions.
- Collaborate with the sound design, color grading, and VFX teams to ensure smooth handoff.
Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience as an Offline Video Editor or similar role in a post-production environment.
- Proficiency in non-linear editing software (e.g., Adobe Premiere Pro, Avid Media Composer, Final Cut Pro).
- Strong understanding of video storytelling, pacing, and continuity.
- Basic knowledge of sound design and audio editing.
- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to handle multiple projects and work under tight deadlines.
- Strong communication and teamwork skills.
- Creative mindset with a good eye for detail and pacing.
- Ability to take direction and incorporate feedback effectively.
