Job Description
Computer Operator / Customer Support – Voice Process / Non voice / Semi voice / BPO Back office / Technical Support / Telecaller / Call Center Jobs (Work From Home) / Computer Operator / E mail Process / Data Entry Operator.
Candidate must have Laptop / Android Phone.
Responsibilities and Duties
1. Inbound and outbound calling / Data Entry.
2. Work on online real-time chat to address the concerns of the users And E mail Process.
3. Addressing Social media concerns and responding on the platforms such as Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram
4. Maintaining a database of the concerns, refunds processed and other product-level feedbacks from the users.
Qualification:
Masters in Arts (M.A), Bachelor of Commerce (B.Com), Bachelor of Arts (B.A), Post Graduate Programme in Management for Executives (PGPX), 12th Class (XII), Bachelor Of Computer Application (B.C.A), Master OF Business Administration (M.B.A), Bachelor of Education (B.Ed), Bachelor of Business Administration (B.B.A), Other.
