Job Description
FairShare Vacation Rentals is hiring Vacation Rental Inspectors for the busy summer season in Canmore.
This role is ideal for someone detail-oriented, organized, and reliable who enjoys working independently while being part of a supportive team. It is also a great fit for people who want meaningful hospitality work in a respectful and positive company.
Inspectors are responsible for checking vacation homes before guest arrival to ensure they meet FairShare standards for cleanliness, presentation, supplies, safety, and guest readiness.
What you’ll receive for your work and dedication:
Highly competitive salary based on experience ranging from $23.00 to $25.00 per hour
Summer Bonus - Up to $60 per paid period (based on hours worked during the Summer)

Responsibilities:
Conduct thorough inspections of vacation rental properties according to established standards and guidelines.
Identify and document any maintenance or cleanliness issues.
Verify that all amenities and appliances are in working order and check for damage.
Communicate inspection findings clearly and professionally with office management and maintenance teams.
Maintain accurate records of inspections using a mobile app.
Spot clean as needed and perform minor maintenance tasks.
Maintain company vehicle supplies, load/unload linen bags.

Requirements:
Available to work within Thursday and Monday.
Must be 18 years of age or older and eligible to work in Canada (Sorry, no sponsorships).
Must reside in the Bow Valley area at time of applying.
Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
Excellent attention to detail and ability to identify even minor issues.
Strong time management and organizational skills.
Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks effectively.
Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.
Ability to lift, carry, push, and pull up to 50 lbs occasionally, and perform repetitive bending, reaching, standing, walking, and stair use throughout the shift.
