We're looking for a Parking Concierge to join our team in Auckland.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys providing exceptional customer service, takes pride in their work, and thrives in a fast-paced environment.
What we're looking for:
Excellent customer service and communication skills
Professional presentation and a positive attitude
Full New Zealand Driver Licence (Class 1)
Confidence driving a variety of vehicles
Strong attention to detail and safety awareness
Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Key responsibilities:
Deliver a premium customer experience
Manage valet parking operations, including vehicle check-in and retrieval
Safely move and park customer vehicles
Maintain accurate key control and vehicle records
Assist with traffic flow and parking operations
Maintain a clean, safe, and well-presented site
Report maintenance, safety, or operational issues as required
What we offer:
Full training provided
40 hours per week
Pay rate up to $29.00 per hour
