Role Description

This is a full-time hybrid role for a Utilities Lead, based in Mumbai with flexibility for some remote work. The Utilities Lead will be responsible for managing utilities operations, including ensuring safety and efficiency in utility systems and processes. Key responsibilities will include supervising equipment maintenance, overseeing the efficient operation of forklifts, and implementing best practices in training and operations. Collaboration with teams to ensure compliance with industry standards in the food and beverage sector will also be a crucial part of this role.

Qualifications
• Proficiency in Utilities management and operational efficiency
• Strong Communication skills for collaboration and stakeholder management
• Experience in Forklift Operation and ensuring safety measures
• Familiarity with training methods and the ability to lead and develop team capabilities
• Knowledge or experience in the Food & Beverage sector
• Ability to work in a hybrid environment and manage time effectively
• Educational qualifications in Engineering or a related field would be an advantage
• Strong problem-solving skills with attention to detail
