Job Title: Human Resources Marketing (Fresher)
Location: Noida, Uttar Pradesh

About the Role:
We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Human Resources Marketing Executive to join our dynamic HR team. As a fresher, you will assist in attracting top talent, enhancing the employer brand, and promoting our company as a great place to work. This role offers the opportunity to work closely with senior HR professionals while developing your skills in HR marketing and recruitment processes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Employer Branding: Assist in the creation and execution of strategies to build a strong employer brand across various platforms.
- Recruitment Marketing: Help in promoting job openings on job boards, social media platforms, and company websites.
- Social Media Management: Manage the company’s social media profiles (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram, etc.) to engage potential candidates and promote a positive company culture.
- Content Creation: Create compelling content such as job posts, blogs, employee stories, and videos that reflect the company culture and attract top talent.
- Job Fair Participation: Support in organizing and participating in campus recruitment drives, job fairs, and other talent acquisition events.
- Candidate Engagement: Help maintain a positive relationship with prospective candidates through emails, follow-ups, and interviews.
- Market Research: Conduct research on current HR marketing trends and competitor analysis to improve the company’s outreach.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Marketing, Business Administration, or related fields.
- Communication Skills: Strong written and verbal communication skills with an ability to create engaging content.
- Social Media Savvy: Familiarity with social media platforms (LinkedIn, Facebook, Instagram) and their use in recruiting.
- Creative Thinking: Ability to come up with fresh and innovative ideas for engaging potential candidates.
- Team Player: Ability to work collaboratively with the HR team and other departments.
- Detail-Oriented: Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
