Job Description
Location: Bhilwara, Rajasthan
Department: Human Resources
Reports To: Head Office HR Team & Managing Director
Approving Authority: Head Office
Job Purpose:
To manage end-to-end HR, recruitment, administration, and employee welfare activities at the Bhilwara site. The candidate must also ensure HR compliance and provide timely reporting to the Head Office while regularly visiting all plant sites under the project scope.
Key Responsibilities:
Recruitment & Onboarding

Handle manpower planning and recruitment for the site, including technical and non-technical staff.
· Conduct initial screening, coordinate interviews, and manage offer roll-outs.
· Ensure timely onboarding and documentation of new joiners.
· Maintain employee database and attendance records.
HR Administration & Compliance
· Manage HR operations, including employee attendance, leave records, salary input support.
· Ensure compliance with labor laws, factory rules, PF, ESI, and other statutory requirements.
· Handle contract labor administration and vendor coordination (if applicable).
Employee Welfare & Engagement
· Monitor and address employee concerns, grievances, or welfare requirements.
· Facilitate medical, accommodation, canteen, and transportation support for staff.
· Promote safety, hygiene, and well-being at the workplace.
Reporting & Site Coordination
· Conduct visits to all water treatment plant sites under Bhilwara project area.
· Prepare and submit weekly/monthly HR and site reports to the Head Office.
· Share incident reports, absenteeism, and labor deployment reports regularly.
Coordination with Head Office
· Liaise with the Head Office HR Team and MD for approvals, escalations, and strategic inputs.
· Ensure implementation of company HR policies and guidelines at the site level.
Key Skills & Requirements:
· Graduate/Postgraduate in HR, Business Administration, or related field
· Strong knowledge of recruitment, labor laws, statutory compliance
· Proficient in MS Office (Excel, Word, Email)
· Good communication, interpersonal and reporting skills
· Willingness to travel to different plants/sites under the Bhilwara project & Preferred only Male candidates
