The ideal candidate will have 2 to 8 years of experience and will play a key role in educating individuals about the latest digital marketing strategies and tools.Key Responsibilities: - Conduct Training Sessions: Create and deliver engaging training sessions on various digital marketing topics, including SEO, social media marketing, and email marketing. - Develop Curriculum: Design comprehensive course materials that cater to different learning styles and ensure all content is up to date with the latest industry trends. - Assess Student Progress: Regularly evaluate the knowledge and skills of students through quizzes and practical projects, providing constructive feedback to help them improve. - Stay Current: Continuously research new digital marketing tools and techniques to incorporate into training programs, ensuring that students receive relevant and applicable knowledge.Required Skills and Expectations: Candidates should have a strong understanding of digital marketing principles and must be able to communicate complex concepts in a clear and simple manner. Experience with training or teaching is a plus. Excellent presentation skills, patience, and a passion for helping others learn are essential. A graduate degree is required, and hands-on experience with digital marketing tools is highly preferred. Adaptability and a commitment to lifelong learning are also important to foster an engaging learning environment.
