Job Description
Kezza Healthcare is looking for an experienced and results-driven Performance Marketing Manager to lead our digital growth initiatives.
Location: Vaishali Nagar, Jaipur (Work from Office)
Key Responsibilities:
Plan, execute, and optimize high-performing campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads.
Manage a monthly advertising budget of ₹5+ lakhs with a strong focus on ROI and lead quality.Create and scale campaigns for multiple clinic locations.
Develop a deep understanding of target audiences and build highly effective audience targeting, retargeting, and conversion strategies.
Analyze campaign performance, generate actionable insights, and continuously improve results.
Collaborate with internal stakeholders to support business growth across locations.Lead, mentor, and motivate junior marketing team members, fostering a high-performance culture.
What We're Looking For3–6+ years of hands-on experience in Meta & Google Ads.Proven track record of delivering high-quality leads and maximizing Return on Ad Spend (ROAS).
Strong analytical mindset with expertise in campaign optimization and reporting.
Experience in healthcare, aesthetics, hair transplant, or lead generation is highly preferred.
Excellent communication, leadership, and team management skills.
