Responsibilities:
1. Build talent pipelines for current and future job openings
2. Coordinating with client side hiring managers to identify staffing needs
3. Plan interviews and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments
and in-person interviews
4. Sourcing potential candidates through online channels (e.g. social platforms and
professional networks.)
5. Develop a network of potential future hires (e.g. past applicants and referred
candidates)
6. Measure key recruitment metrics, like source of hire and time-to-hire
7. Oversee all stages of candidate experience (including application, interviews, and
communication)
8. Foster long-term relationships with past applicants and potential candidates

Must-Have Skills:
1. Bachelors/master's degree in any discipline
2. Understanding of all selection methods and techniques3. Proficient in the use of social media and job boards
