Role Description

This is a Technical Support Executive Duties and Responsibilities mentioned below :
• Product Documentation and Literature
• Quality Management System (QMS)
• Product Performance Monitoring
• Customer Complaints Management
• Training and Process Familiarization
• Technical Support for Site Implementations
• Site Implementation Documentation
• R&D Documentation Management

Qualifications:

Master's in life sciences
• M Tech. – Biotechnology
• M Sc. - Biotechnology & Genetic Engineering
• M Sc. - Molecular Biology

Requirements:
• At least 1 year of relevant experience required

Skills:
• Team Player
• Excellent communication skills
• Good knowledge in writing and speaking Hindi
• Presentation Skills
• Computer skills- general (Internet, Email, office package)
