Client Communication: Engage with potential clients to answer questions and clarify project requirements.
Market Analysis: Analyze trends in bidding strategies and client preferences to optimize our approach.
Performance Tracking: Monitor the success rate of proposals and gather feedback to improve future bids.
Requirements:
Proven experience in bidding on Upwork or similar platforms.
Strong written and verbal communication skills with a focus on clarity and persuasion.
Ability to analyze job postings and identify opportunities.
Must be able to draft and submit proposals.
Familiarity with IT industry is a plus.
Self-motivated and able to work independently.
Availability to work during US shift hours.
Open to Indian candidates only.
