Two Options Available:
Full-Time: Teach all subjects, Mon–Fri, 7:45 am–4:00 pm Annual Salary $45K–$55K
Part-Time: Teach Language Arts, Geography, History, & Life Skills, Mon–Fri, 12:00–4:00 pm Annual Salary $30K–$35K

Your Role
Lead a mixed-age Grades 4–6 classroom with Montessori training provided
Create a nurturing environment where students feel seen, heard, and valued
Design engaging, inquiry-based projects that connect to real-world skills
Guide students in community impact and sustainability projects
Collaborate with a creative, mission-aligned teaching team
Extend learning beyond the classroom with meaningful outings and field trips
Who We’re Looking For
Strong background in project-based learning
Familiarity with or interest in Montessori (training included)
Bachelor’s degree in Education or related field
3–5+ years teaching experience (Montessori, PBL, or progressive schools preferred)
Compassionate, adaptable, and passionate about shaping future changemakers
