Thisrole requires a blend of sales acumen, empathy, and deep understanding ofstudent needs .Key Responsibilities:Engage in direct sales to prospective students and parents.Understand student profiles and recommend suitable educational opportunities.Build rapport and develop strong relationships with students and families.Handle video conferencing sessions for counseling and sales discussions.Meet revenue generation and monthly/quarterly sales targets.Source leads from various channels and follow up effectively.Attend and represent Yocket at virtual and in-person events such as seminars,webinars, and education fairs.Requirements:Minimum 2 years of experience in sales, counseling, or a target-based role .Proven record of revenue generation or meeting/exceeding targets.Experience with video conferencing platforms (Zoom, Google Meet, etc.).Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.Excellent verbal and written communication skills.Highly organized with attention to detail.Familiarity with CRM or sales tools is a plus.Passion for education and student success.Benefits:Comprehensive medical insurance (for you and your family members)No boss-kind culture – we have mentors, not bosses.
